Cabernet Sauvignon, the classical grape of world, is a limited edition of our Quinta do Piloto Collection, viticultured with ancient knowledge of Cardoso family in the best Palmela wine Terroirs.

The variety provides mineral and vegetal notes, makes the wine be unique, velvet  and well balanced.

Fermentation is the crushed grape, harvest in late September, fermented  in temperature controlled Stainless steel tank,then ageing in french oak barrel for 12 month. The alcoholic content of wine is 14.8% vol, and Residual Sugar, 2.1 g/lt.

Color is dark Ruby red with garnet red hints

Nose   Mineral and soft vegetal notes

Wine taste is velvet and well-balanced tannin, leaving rich aftertaste.
