Vinification is to place the crushed grapes in low temperature control steel tank for fermentation; then the young wine evolves 6-8 months in steel. Finally, the bottled wines are stored horizontally for aging in underground cellar for months.

Colour is crystal-clear straw yellow with golden highlights

Fruity fragrance, hints of exotic, yellow-fleshed fruits; along with floral aroma.

Refreshing and persistent taste in palate.

Good pairing with cold appetizers / starters, baked / grilled fish, or white meat-based dishes.
