a suggestive combination is rich rigatoni pasta with stewed red tuna meat and mint, or a tasty oven-cooked fillet of baby black pork from the Nebrodi region of Sicily and pistachio nuts from Bronte. Similarly excellent is a rich goulash of wild boar and mature cheese from Ragusa.
