Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE on an order of total purchase amount of HK $801 or above. ( ** EXCEPT ALL Promotional Items ** ) A delivery charge will be on guest's own account for an order of total purchase amount under HK$800 or below. The delivery charge is subject to courier company (i.e. SF Express).
** ALL Promotional Items must be pick up at local store (Fanling's office), or guests should responsible for the delivery charge (subject to courier company - SF Express) **
Public Holidays & Extreme Weather
We do not offer delivery on public holidays, when Typhoon Signal #8 or the Black Rain signal is hoisted.
Under special circumstances we may offer special deliveries, please contact us at Tel: 2377 9099 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) before placing your order.

Purchases are couriered within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ONLY.

Delivery coverage includes all locations at Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories EXCEPT all outlying islands and remote areas.

We shall deliver your order to any S.F. Stores or S.F. Service Points which is near to your address provided with about 3 working days. But, it may take longer depending on time of purchase confirmation, delivery destination and your purchase preference.

Customer shall pick up the order from S.F. Stores or S.F. Service Points. Hence, the recipient contact information provided must be correct.

We will not verify recipients’ identity and bear no responsibility of this.

All goods will need to be signed upon delivery.

Customers are requested to examine goods immediately upon delivery for any shortages and/or damages. All claims must be lodged to our Customer Service Hotline at the time of delivery. Otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after the delivery.
