CVA Canicatti is constituted by one thousand hectares more of cultivated vineyard, with sixty plus different contexts, for instance, unique pedo-climatic conditions, various historical, and great prestige cultural heritage of the Valley of Temples / Sulfa mines (the inspiration of great literary of Pirandello) characterize their production. The winery upon Ampelographic heritage composes the aboriginal vines, like Nero d’Avola, Grillo, also the international varieties, such as Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay.
