Bric Cenciurio
Their vineyard is located in the center of Langhe, hills of Barolo Town. Their good agricultural practice is sustained since their ancestors; for instance, wine & grapes as “live products” should be in constant development with the eco-system remained intact, and they cultivate the variety of vines, such as Nebbiolo, Arneis, Barbera and Riesling. The area of their vineyard has been extended for 15 hectares, distributed in three municipalities.
Their vinification technology is for interpreting the unique of each vine, and also its ripeness; and working along with their traditional method, i.e. raw material transferring and wine bottling during lunar phase, harvesting by hand and sorting for the best bunches simultaneously.
