“Decoro” represents “Piemonte DOC Rosso”, the wine is made of 90% Barbera ,7% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon, the variety of  destemmed, crushed and  pressed grapes to be fermented In temperature controlled stainless steel  tanks for 15 days; then aged in oak barrel for one year. Annual production is 4.650 bottles, and its alcohol content is 15.5% vol.

 Colour is absolute dark ruby red with reflections.

Rich bouquet with tones of blackberries, ripe cherries, black plums,blueberries  and subtle oak from refining barrels, hints of intense  fruity balanced  with scents of vanilla,chocolate and other spices.

The high alcoholic content full body wine is tasted in rich tannin well-balanced with pleasant fresh toasted fruits,leaving a rich aftertaste.

Well paring with game, roasts, red meats, and spiced cheeses
