Bric Cenciurio – Barolo DOCG Monrobiolo Di Bussia 2014
It is vinificated with 100% Nebbiolo divided in 3 clones: Michet, Lampia & Nebbiolo Rose. At second 10 days of October, the handedly plucked grapes should be selected before crushing and then kept in 5-7 degree for a day, and the must should be fermented in stainless steel tank for 25-30 days prior to be refined in 700 liters Slavonian oak barrel for 2 years, and the last ageing period includes 6 months in stainless steel tank plus 10 months in bottles. Only 1,500 bottles are produced annually.
Garnet red color with orange highlights, the violet/rose bouquet with leather and spicy notes should be nosed; Taste : feeling of well balance with dry, velvety, quite tannic, and great persistent in palate, the complicated aftertaste with liquor ice,chocolate, tobacco, and leather finished. Its alcoholic content could be 13.5-14.5% vol. upon various vintage.
