Vinification is to place the crushed grape in temperature control steel tank for fermentation ;then the young wine evolves 6-8 months in steel. Finally, the bottled wines are stored horizontally for aging in underground cellar for months.

Color is ruby red with garnet red nuance.

Nose variety of fragrant as complex raspberry, wild strawberry, damson jam, and hints spicy of clove and geranium.

Taste of full body wine, with well-balanced tannin.

Good pairing with complex starters; delicate main course.
